You will be assigned a personal and confidential 7 digit Authorization Code number to user when you make long distance phone calls. The use of this code assures that you will be billed only for the calls you make. For your protection, you should memorize your code and keep papers referring to it in a safe place.

Remember: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for all calls made with your Authorization Code. If you loan your code to a friend, you are responsible for the calls made by that person.

If you lose your code or feel that someone is using your code, please come to the office and have it voided; we will issue you a new code.

If you ever have a problem or question concerning your bill, bring it to our office promptly.
