Charges
Due to the billing procedures and equipment used by the college, calls that are answered will be treated as a completed call and will be billed as such. This includes answering machines. It is recommended that you allow the called party's telephone to ring no more than six times, hang up and try again later. There will be a $2.00 charge if our department has to research a bill over 3 months old. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $2.00 ADDED TO EACH COLLECT CALL because of the additional time needed to process these calls to your bill.
